Tropic is a great company. They have some work to do to figure out the best possible sales motion but they have the leadership in place to figure it out. I have no doubt they will succeed as a business

Quota used to be attainable but not anymore. A lot of changes in compensation & leadership. Path to promotion used to be clear but not anymore. Compensation was lowered greatly mid quarter.
