The director was let go and I believe there is still no leader in place. This is a good opportunity for a young, very hungry sales professional.

In Q4, highest-performing AE closed ~$270K in deals and the team did so badly overall that they fired 50% of reps. Leadership lies. Product doesn’t work. Culture of fear.
