Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I felt the compensation and benefits were a little above average for a SMB/mid-market AE role. The biggest con is that TriNet management says no to about 50% of the companies you bring to the table. You have to have a ton of inbound to be successful, which really depends on your market. The sales managers make the difference, I had a great one, so it was awesome. Many are horrible, and people leave often. Browse Other Reviews
