This is a very political company. If you can get "in" with a seasoned mentor early on you can survive on their overflow as you ramp. Your director also has an influence if you will succeed as they are responsible for distributing inbound lead flow. Many of the top reps are successful through broker referrals that are already spoken for. If you are not supported by your director or mentor you will not close deals here.

If you work hard, you can make a lot. Majority of won deals are inbound. Luck of the drawl.

Trinet has good tech but we can’t compete. Our medical pricing is always higher and usually the businesses we deal with are cost conscious. So we lose.
