This is a very political company. If you can get "in" with a seasoned mentor early on you can survive on their overflow as you ramp. Your director also has an influence if you will succeed as they are responsible for distributing inbound lead flow. Many of the top reps are successful through broker referrals that are already spoken for. If you are not supported by your director or mentor you will not close deals here.

Solid position, though I really like my director. Good comp for the work you do. Really good people overall. There’s a ton of red tape to get deals through the door, but it’s a good job and great leaders that will go to bat for you time and again.
