Great place to start out as a BDR. The base pay is not as good as other places and the commission structure could be a bit better, but the culture is great and leadership listens to their employees.

Training is extensive and information overload. Team seems really willing to help new hires. Their own personal HR Dept sucks.

Great place if you can get leads. Changing company Benefits, HR tools and selling HR support is very difficult without their initial inbound interest or a referral. Also this product target market is for companies growing who lack internal HR support or who need top tier health benefits. With many layoffs industry wide in 2024 fewer companies are growing.
