Trinet has good tech but we can’t compete. Our medical pricing is always higher and usually the businesses we deal with are cost conscious. So we lose.

It all depends on where you live and what your territory will be. If you're in San Francisco, NYC, Austin, Miami, or Denver, you'll be fine. Otherwise, good luck.

Great company and resources available to excel with the company, 2023 has been rough in sales in general so compensation is not as great as other years. Base salary is fairly competitive with market. Great place to work for an entry level position as SDR with little to no prior experience. Leadership is great and makes the place worthwhile.
