Great company! The quotas are steep but not impossible. You definitely need to be ready to hustle, but we're selling a fantastic product that is having a massive impact in this industry!

My overall experience at Toast was positive. They helped you feel equipped and management, and sales enablement were always willing to help with strategy and deals, comp plan was solid, and the culture as a whole was great.

There is definitely opportunity there, but it is a significant grind. It never stops. Very empathic people or people that deeply care, especially about customers, may find that the culture is simply to consumptive, driven to sell more, with very little focus on customer problems, concerns, or general well-being. I'm an inside AE and I've come to realize quickly that TAM assignment plays a HUGE role in quota attainment. There's only so much prospecting you can do but if there's no traction in your TAM, there's not much you can do about it
