Good OTE is a lie. They say it’s 160000 but really even if you hit full quota it’s only like 120000 1300000

I’m relatively new to the org as an Emerging Markets - Spanish AE. It’s best to think of it as a start up department within a well-established sales org. There’s a ton of green space in EM which I love. And if you’re a go-getter with a hunter and challenger mentality I think this is a great role. If you’re more of a farmer type, I’d say steer away from an AE role...Read More
