Very territory dependent. Same quota for reps who may be in different size markets. The product is great but Toast has changed their sales strategy that has effected the reps negatively.

Toast has a best in class product, but support challenges and market changes make it a challenge to sell. The sales org has great talent and development tools, but a monthly quota and quick average deal cycle can make for a stressful environment.
