Very little professional development. Used car salesmen will do very well here. If you do well, things are fine if you luck out with one of the nice managers.

Commissions are made upon account go lives which range 6-12 weeks after signing and residuals paid two months after. OTE takes a fews months to realize. After you been with company for 1 year things are super smooth.
