Product is fantastic, sales enablement is the best i've seen, and management is full of talented and genuine people across the growth org. Quotas are aggressive, however, and you will need to work very hard to reach them but if you can, comp plans are among the best anywhere.

Current Employee3.7Jun 18, 2024I'm an inside AE and I've come to realize quickly that TAM assignment plays a HUGE role in quota attainment. There's only so much prospecting you can do but if there's no traction in your TAM, there's not much you can do about it
