The product is not great. 50% of closed deals do not implement and commission is based on implementation. Post sales is a nightmare for the rep. Not the strongest fit and quota is unattainable, unless you hit on one massive deal

Most leaders are really good, however goals are unrealistic with about 20% in my org hitting quota in 2023. Too many reps and not enough good accounts to go around. If you land in a good patch you'll make a killing if you don't you'll fight tooth and nail for opportunities. Horrible...Read More
