Decent pay, very high stress, quotas were quotas so there was never truly time off. Comp plan is scaled so if you leave prior to the end of the year you end up being extremely under paid.

Great experience. I made Rookie Of the Year in 2022 and made well above the average OTE. If development, leadership and training is what is most imporant to you, then this is not a good fit. But if you want to make more money than you maybe ever have in a short period of time, this is a great fit. Just be prepared to not take many days off at all in order to do that....Read More

Blah -- poor leadership and looks like more change is coming. Maybe they'll clean house with managers and get it right this time.
