Decent pay, very high stress, quotas were quotas so there was never truly time off. Comp plan is scaled so if you leave prior to the end of the year you end up being extremely under paid.

Change is inevitable and this organization is not bad but it makes changes frequently through acquiring new companies and selling off portions of their current business. This is about the bottom line but it makes many employees have to adapt to new roles on a consistent basis which can be a bit chaotic.
