Great experience. I made Rookie Of the Year in 2022 and made well above the average OTE. If development, leadership and training is what is most imporant to you, then this is not a good fit. But if you want to make more money than you maybe ever have in a short period of time, this is a great fit. Just be prepared to not take many days off at all in order to do that. Overall, I lovd the company and they did their part by continually developing products based off of customer feedback as well as listening to the market.

Change is inevitable and this organization is not bad but it makes changes frequently through acquiring new companies and selling off portions of their current business. This is about the bottom line but it makes many employees have to adapt to new roles on a consistent basis which can be a bit chaotic. Market leader, great place to learn. The culture is good, the company is focused on being a market leader with the best products to meet their clients business needs. The staff is very professional and company is well respected by customers.
