Here at Thomson the sales culture and senior leadership is absolutely horrible. TR is a finance driven company and has zero sales culture. They could really use to benefit from having sr leaders who know what it’s like to sell and don’t just look at red and black on a spreadsheet.

Great people but an outdated/disjointed product offering due to acquisitions of other companies/products. Leaders mostly out of touch with the day to day needs to buyers. No real roadmap for the future of products since there’s so much new technology incompatible with the legacy products.

The top performers are accessible and quick to help. Leadership cares but from tier three and over the insight into the org is minimal to the point of absent.
