My overall experience was disappointing. The compensation structure is fairly confusing, and you are having to consistently submit tickets to fix missing or incorrect orders on your sales reporting. Great experience. I made Rookie Of the Year in 2022 and made well above the average OTE. If development, leadership and training is what is most imporant to you, then this is not a good fit. But if you want to make more money than you maybe ever have in a short period of time, this is a great fit. Just be prepared to not take many days off at all in order to do that....Read More
