The compensation structure is fairly confusing, and you are having to consistently submit tickets to fix missing or incorrect orders on your sales reporting. The products are great, however they are confusing to learn without prior experience. You are a number here - they give you the corporate “we are a team” lecture, but the minute you stop performing, even if there are extenuating circumstances, they will put you on a PIP. There has been a high turnover rate within my segment, and they are consistently changing expectations, quota, KPI’s, and seem to punish the performers. It was a great job to get into the industry, however it is not sustainable. Browse Other Reviews
