Great people but an outdated/disjointed product offering due to acquisitions of other companies/products. Leaders mostly out of touch with the day to day needs to buyers. No real roadmap for the future of products since there’s so much new technology incompatible with the legacy products.

Overall a good company/successful brand. Products are old and don’t work well though. Lot of client issues because of this. Have had to acquire Sureprep and may have to acquire others to stay viable
