My overall experience was poor, and witnessed a small percentage of reps actually meet quota. Each rep being assigned to a unique account makes for a disconnected environment.

Good place to get some experience at. You start off at 40k base 50k OTE, then IF you get a second account there's a nice bump to 60k base,80k OTE. Getting a second account totally depends on whether there's one available, that is if you make it through with your first account which also happens to have a longer than average contract with TSF.
