In my time at VL, I saw the CRO and SVP roles turned over 4 times each. I watched every person of color get pushed out of the sales org, and a revolving door of sales reps that couldn’t achieve quota and were subsequently let go. Before the standards went into effect business was booming. Lease accounting is a saturated market, when the tool is antiquated at best...Read More
