Fantastic company to work with. Solid culture, great product (improving everyday), good compensation plan, and smart leadership. SalesIntel's product is good, but in such a saturated market, few have heard of the company. Sales leadership lacks EQ and the culture fostered by these leaders is abysmal. Heavy micro management and "trusting the process" resulted in 0 reps hitting quota last year. It also takes months to get paid on closed/won deals. Stay Away.

This org is churning AEs left and right. CRO has huge ego and isn’t grounded in reality. VP is micro-managing like their life depends on it. Their newest idea is revolving never ending PIP. No one came close to quota in 24, and 25 is starting off worse. If you take a job here don’t stop interviewing.

SDR managers are pathetic. No empathy, Being Sales hungry is what we signed up for. But, not to be treated like animals. Worst Culture coming for the Top leaders in the US including the CEO and Indian SDR managers

SalesIntel has really good data (for US market), but are still trying to figure out where they fit in the market. With a new CRO, pressure has been turned up, they want a lot of outbound activity / sales, but generally speaking no one has been successful with them in the past.
