I had a great run there for several years. when my time there ended it was sudden and abrupt. I had little or no notification that something was coming down the pike. I was great one day and the next I was downsized. real scummy

SWZD has been a good company for me. I know they are passing through a transformative phase now, so evaluate properly if you want to join at this stage. Said that, great regional leadership, great package, some question marks on the global leadership and overall strategy.
