My overall experience with the org was good except for the fact that there was no structure within the BDR/ SDR role - we didn't have a reporting manager, we worked closely with the marketing manager at the time and he was clueless when it came to cold calling/ emailing, essentially all of the processes key to success. My overall experience was poor. The laid us off on the 31st, so I had no health care coverage for the weekend. Forget all of the other politics, shifting strategy, etc - to let someone not have insurance for their family is not ok.
