My overall experience was poor. The laid us off on the 31st, so I had no health care coverage for the weekend. Forget all of the other politics, shifting strategy, etc - to let someone not have insurance for their family is not ok.

My overall experience with the org was good except for the fact that there was no structure within the BDR/ SDR role - we didn't have a reporting manager, we worked closely with the marketing manager at the time and he was clueless when it came to cold calling/ emailing, essentially all of the processes key to success.
