My overall experience with the org was good except for the fact that there was no structure within the BDR/ SDR role - we didn't have a reporting manager, we worked closely with the marketing manager at the time and he was clueless when it came to cold calling/ emailing, essentially all of the processes key to success. It was quite a mess and the lack of organization and support is what lead to my decision to depart from the org.

Poor leadership leading far too many acquisitions and changes. Constantly doing things half-way, trying to launch new products only to change course, making it nearly impossible to sell or hit quota.
