Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience with the org was good except for the fact that there was no structure within the BDR/ SDR role - we didn't have a reporting manager, we worked closely with the marketing manager at the time and he was clueless when it came to cold calling/ emailing, essentially all of the processes key to success.
