My overall experience was positive during my time at Belong. I was able to learn a lot, the ability to make money was consistent, and the product was easy to sell. My biggest issues and gripes with Belong have to do with the leadership, CEO, and overall culture at the company. Majority of employees were overworked and underpaid to a high degree.

My overall experience was a total ****show. They asked me to prepare a solid plan, make a ton of changes, and then proceeded to fall back on the same poor management that led to high turnover.
