My overall experience was a total ****show. They asked me to prepare a solid plan, make a ton of changes, and then proceeded to fall back on the same poor management that led to high turnover. I helped train, hire, and expand the team to record breaking months, but the leader (who was over product) believed that we should operate out of tickets. Management constantly grilled reps over speed to lead, without a solid routing methodology. Overall, we saw great growth, were asked to do more, and answered the call. At the end of it all, they decided to keep low value employees who were continuing to tank, had a massive riff, and lost many of the good employees they had.

My overall experience was positive during my time at Belong. I was able to learn a lot, the ability to make money was consistent, and the product was easy to sell. My biggest issues and gripes with Belong have to do with the leadership, CEO, and overall culture at the company. Majority of employees were overworked and underpaid to a high degree.

Working at Belong was nothing short of a nightmare. Constant layoffs, ZERO transparency or accountability from upper leadership teams, and constant layoffs. The c-suite is full of people who got lucky in their careers (timing, network, etc) who don't actually have any idea how to run a company. RUN.
