Former Employee4.3Jun 25, 2024Good experience. Company mishandled funding and ended up doing several lay offs.
Former Employee3.7Dec 2, 2024My overall experience was positive during my time at Belong. I was able to learn a lot, the ability to make money was consistent, and the product was easy to sell. My biggest issues and gripes with Belong have to do with the leadership, CEO, and overall culture at the company. Majority of employees were overworked and underpaid to a high degree.

Former Employee1.7May 4, 2024Working at Belong was nothing short of a nightmare. Constant layoffs, ZERO transparency or accountability from upper leadership teams, and constant layoffs. The c-suite is full of people who got lucky in their careers (timing, network, etc) who don't actually have any idea how to run a company. RUN.
