The Sales Factory
Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Not a bad place to get your foot in the door when starting out your career in sales/business development. There is an initial training period which helps you with the basics. There is a Sales Enablement team which supplies you with leads to prospect. You'll be using an "alias name" and not your real name which I didn't know about until I started. 100% remote which is great but can sometimes feel isolating. Very active Slack participation however which allows you to message people to ask questions and when you need. Great managers. The role is purely cold-calling. Everyone is assigned to different Client partners which TSF supports so unless you happen to be on an account with multiple reps, you don't really have anyone to bounce ideas off of or advice from because it might be just you supporting that account. You get a nice bump in your base after getting promoted to Business Development Specialist ($60,000 CAD) but you end up supporting another account so you are essentially a BDR for two companies. In my case I make around 240+ calls per day as a result of that which can sometimes be mentally draining. Browse Other Reviews
