Barcodes, Inc., now Levata, has lost its culture and the comp plan has continually decreased over the last 3 years. More recently leadership has proven to not value loyalty, tenure or experience. The expectation appears to be turn through inexperienced reps willing to work for a low base salary and continually decreasing commissions.

Poor. Management is poor. Company overall very poor. Base salary does justify coming to office 5 days a week.
