Comp structure is really bad here. Props to the CEO for having such a beautifully diverse team here across all departments, it is honestly refreshing to see. The product is great and prospects in the industry are nice. The data in the CRM is super bad from previous reps who just inputted fake meetings and deals that never were even in talks. Very questionable and not as advertised. Sales org is dysfunctional and both the director and senior sales manger supervise the team, while also carrying the heaviest individual quotas, so you are left to fend for deals not only with your fellow AEs but your leaders as well.
