Comp structure is really bad here. Props to the CEO for having such a beautifully diverse team here across all departments, it is honestly refreshing to see. The product is great and prospects in the industry are nice. The data in the CRM is super bad from previous reps who just inputted fake meetings and deals that never were even in talks. Good product market fit and its a niche industry, Glue Up 100% has the potential to capture majority market share and establish itself as the market leader. However, for that it needs great sales talent to work relentlessly on outbound to close deals and top talent is attracted by a great commish plan which is not what Glue Up is currently offering. This place has so much potential but it needs new commish structure and top tier sales talent to launch it in to the stratosphere. The base can be high depending on your experience as an AE. Overall, it is a start up that has a product market fit, things change quick here so there are obvious pros and cons to that.

I worked with the most diverse global team while at GlueUp which was great, but unfortunately the leadership team's obtuse and high handed management style along with near-Zero investment in product development and customer success was what drove me away from this startup. Please read some of the customer reviews as well to get better context.
