I worked with the most diverse global team while at GlueUp which was great, but unfortunately the leadership team's obtuse and high handed management style along with near-Zero investment in product development and customer success was what drove me away from this startup. Glue Up has an amazing product. However the CEO is dysfunctional. He has no real sales experience and refuses to hire a VP or Director as a buffer. This has lead to AEs having no protection from the abuse.
