My overall experience was great at the beginning and horrible at the end when I decided to leave. Too many projects get pulled due to the companies wanting to leave the pipeline. Nothing is stable, and you will pay for it with your mental health. In the almost two years of working there I can’t count how many times I’ve witnessed my fellow SDRs get yelled at, berated, talked down to and threatened over things that’s not in our control. My team got put on a project and the managers ended up making the incorrect field for us to call out to, once that got noticed they actually yelled at us as if we crated the list to call. I’ve seen the best of the best leave here after feeling helpless when what we say gets ignored.

Base compensation is the best thing they have to offer, and that is not worth all the bullying that they out you through. Awful and very unprofessional work place.

Have to hustle to make 500 dials daily. Be prepared for that if you can’t bring in a meeting everyday/every week.
