Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience started out great. I was able to learn a bunch of new techniques from other employees. As the company started to grow. The disconnect between upper management and lower management became more obvious. There would be weeks and even consecutive months the whole group would be struggling to gain new meetings. Lower, direct management would tell us we are doing great and that it is a "data problem". "They're currently working on it." Only to have upper management tell us we were a few words short of a pos. Never have I been so confused and unsure of how to proceed. I address this with C-suite only to have the door slammed in my face. This place is like the lottery. You either land on a.project that is easy to sell or you're fighting for your life trying to prospect on your own.
