Experience is okay - not a traditional sales structure. No really commission but there’s spiff’s, stock options, ESPP. Metrics basically just don’t be bottom 10% and won’t be put on a pip 3x in a 6 week period

No commission, lack of leadership. Job role has doubled while pay has stayed the same. Management takes all the credit for your numbers. Hourly job, regardless of how many cars you sell daily.
