No commission, lack of leadership. Job role has doubled while pay has stayed the same. Management takes all the credit for your numbers. Hourly job, regardless of how many cars you sell daily.

Career mobility is close to zero, sales leadership is poor, hourly based compensation without commission or performance based bonuses.
