Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Working at Tesla has been enjoyable overall. The product is exciting, and the atmosphere is fast-paced. I've had great experiences with my coworkers. However, there's a lack of connection with leadership, and it's evident that standards for managers are high, impacting advisors and making it stressful to avoid any potential "off-track." I excelled and ran through the competition even as a part-timer, I ranked top 3 in the region, so I was cleared and without worry. I appreciate Tesla's business-focused approach and lack of political distractions, no woke, left agenda shoved down your throat, we come to work and have a good time making money. Ultimately, I decided to leave for a better-paying opportunity elsewhere, offering weekends off and a better quality of life.
