While there are great people within the GTM organization, the lack of leadership, vision and accountability exhibited by the ELT has driven the organization to to brink of collapse. This is NO LONGER a place to experience professional growth or achievement, rather an interim stop for a paycheck.

Teradata has a long way to go in terms of product. It's about a 6 - 18 month sales cycle, and new logo growth is anemic. Most revenue is generated from existing Fortune 1000 customers. The company has struggled to stay relevant and as a consequence cannot position their strongest value in resource usage at massive scale.
