Important decisions were made without involving employees, leading to a toxic work culture filled with favoritism and inconsistencies.
The relentless promises of salary hikes, incentives, and improved resources remained unfulfilled, leaving employees feeling deceived and demotivated. Middle management struggled under the pressure, resulting in a chaotic and unproductive environment.
Sadly, this unfortunate experience led to high turnover rates, as talented individuals sought better opportunities elsewhere. I urge prospective employees to think twice before considering Tapcart as their employer.
