Former Employee1.7Dec 15, 2023overall my experience at tapcart was less than ideal. tapcart unfortunately was not a reputable organization and functioned more like an overgrown fraternity. no accountability, extreme misconduct and lack of professionalism from staff and leadership and gaps in processes that were never addressed. Diversity extremely non existent which is disappointing in 2023.

The amount of reps on both the SDR and AE teams was more than was needed relative to the amount of truly interested parties. The product is niche, a nice-to-have, but not a need to have in a time where Ecommerce brands and retailers are cutting costs drastically....Read More
