Quota and variable compensation expectations have not been attainable for the majority of the team.

The remote aspect is nice, and generally the people at company are kind. As with any startup, there is a lot of ambiguity; however they changed the payout structure and ultimately shortened my variable by 75% after being at the company for almost two years. The turnover is already high and they do little to incentivize employees who show loyalty to the company.
