Overall good experience but market may have passed them by with competition catching up or marketing the same message (i.e. every says "real time", Microsoft E5/G5, etc.).

The diversity could really use some work. Management is experienced in the their own respect, but don't communicate with each other (Ex: BDR + AE managers).
