Truly a terrible place to be since the acquisition from salesforce. Enterprise is ruled by former SF overlords who are lazy and uncommitted to your development. They truly only care about profit and covering their own butt while hiding behind DEI initiatives and “Ohana”

Salesforce is pushing for overly structured, monthly/quarterly performance, even at the enterprise/strategic level where sales cycles can go over a full year. At that point there is a high probability you lose the account, leading to purely transactional relationships.

Best product on the market, but requires you to be confident in selling the value, as many competitors offer parts of what the full platform is capable of; or bundle BI free with other services.
