Been part of Tab since pre acquisition and been hit pretty negatively on comp. External hires being paid 40k-100k more and live in much smaller markets - with a central SF comp team covering 30k+ sellers no room/very little room to negotiate. If you’re coming in new be sure to negotiate on OTE because that will be your starting point. Organizationally Tab has come a really long way on DEI and the leadership teams and teams themselves are great and much more diverse. EVP is incredible and a fantastic female leader.

Salesforce doesn't have much of a culture anymore. Tableau is trying to reestablish the culture of yesterday-year but is falling short.
