Salesforce doesn't have much of a culture anymore. Tableau is trying to reestablish the culture of yesterday-year but is falling short.

Its a tough environment to sell in right now for a lot of firms. Overall Tableau is just becoming salesforce, very KPI driven and your ability to advance is directly tied to whether you have a good territory or not. Most of the people are pleasant to work with.

10/10- you don’t want to work for a large company cause of all the BS, but Tableau is a diamond in the rough. There’s only a couple hundred employees and it’s a close knit group.

Very good experience and happy to be here just a lot of restructuring which leads to culture issues and uncertainty. Very sink or swim.
