Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Working at Salesforce has been a great experience so far, but there's more to selling here than meet's the eye. As a prime AE who' main focus is to sell one product, I need to be able to work with Core AE's who typically drive the digital transformation for customer's. unfortunately must of the core AE's are focus on what they can get at the moment and don't know how to drive overall transformation to help customer's look at Salesforce as one stop shop for their technology needs. It's been a tough year for 80% of the folk's here, those who are hitting their number's can't tell you why. Territory, Timing and Luck do play a big equation here, really hate to say this because well because the sales guru's will tell you it's up to you. hopefully thing's turnaround because Salesforce has a-lot to offer and do have the right vision for their customer's.
