Unfortunately, culture at Salesforce has been deteriorating. Very clicky, non-inclusive culture that promotes toxic management and leadership. Also, 9 rounds of layoffs and counting are not helping to keep top prospects around.

Tableau has still best market fit and sales teams are very professional. Channel Management is well designed and executed globally. Lots of fun.
