Former Employee The team environment is a bit toxic. This can vary by the team, however the culture leans a bit toward toxic. Some pure fluff training in the beginning (a couple weeks) that does nothing for you when you hit the ground selling. The sales support and customer support is lacking, you are on your own and in order to learn how to do anything you will need to split deals with people who do know the plans and systems. This creates an environment where the experienced reps can feed off of the new reps. Browse Other Reviews
